Know an HGV operator, transport manager, fleet director or bodybuilder who should see Stop Line? Introduce us. We handle the commercial conversation, and when an accepted referral becomes a qualifying paid order, the introducer earns a confirmed referral reward.

THE AGENCY ADVANTAGE

Your introduction can protect more than a loading bay.

For an HGV agency, preventable loading damage can affect the driver, the client relationship and the agency’s reputation. Referring Stop Line gives a transport manager a practical safety conversation—and positions the agency as a partner that thinks beyond filling shifts.

01

Protect Client Confidence

Show fleet customers that your agency understands the operational risks surrounding pallets, roll cages and tail-lift thresholds.

02

Support Supplied Drivers

A fixed, visible amber approach and red stopping boundary can give drivers a clearer reference when the load obscures the rear edge.

03

Add Commercial Value

Bring a relevant safety opportunity to the transport manager instead of approaching the relationship only when vacancies need filling.

04

Earn From A Successful Introduction

Stop Line manages the presentation, trial discussion and order process. A confirmed qualifying conversion activates the agreed reward.

ONE PROGRAMME · MULTIPLE ROUTES

Open the Right Door.
Make a Useful Introduction.

Choose the route that fits your connection. You bring the relationship and practical context; Stop Line assesses suitability and takes the technical conversation forward.

01
TRUSTED CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS

HGV Agencies & Recruiters

Use an established fleet relationship to introduce a relevant loading-safety conversation alongside your recruitment service.

  • Describe the loading environments your placed drivers work in, without sharing driver records or private information.
  • Check client permissions and any agency restrictions or commercial conflicts before making a rewarded introduction.
Best Contact

A client transport manager, operations lead or fleet director who can discuss a controlled trial.

02
EXPERIENCE FROM THE FLOOR

Drivers & Fleet Employees

Your everyday experience can help identify where a pallet or roll cage obscures the rear edge and who should review the concept.

  • Explain the vehicle type, typical loads and loading task; identify the person responsible for fleet or workplace safety.
  • Follow your employer’s referral and reward policies, and obtain any required approval before taking part.
Best Contact

Your fleet, transport or safety manager, with permission for Stop Line to contact them.

03
RELEVANT TECHNICAL CONNECTIONS

Industry Professionals

Trainers, consultants, suppliers, bodybuilders, installers and risk specialists can connect the concept with a suitable fleet or project.

  • Explain the operational or technical fit and introduce the person who owns the review or purchasing decision.
  • Disclose relevant commercial interests. Stop Line handles product specifications, quotations and trial discussions.
Best Contact

A fleet decision-maker or engineering lead with a relevant vehicle programme or loading operation.

04
A REAL CONNECTION IS ENOUGH

Anyone With a Genuine Introduction

You do not need to work in logistics. A genuine connection to a relevant organisation can be a useful starting point.

  • Explain how you know the contact and why their operation may be suitable; ask permission before sharing work details.
  • Use a direct, personal introduction. Purchased contact lists and speculative bulk submissions are not suitable.
Best Contact

A known work contact who welcomes the introduction and can direct it to the right decision-maker.

One Consistent Basis. All routes follow the same permission, acceptance and written reward requirements. Read the Referral Terms

YOUR TRANSPORT-MANAGER PITCH

Keep the first conversation short, relevant and operational.

You are not expected to sell engineering detail or make performance claims. Your job is to explain the operational problem, introduce Stop Line and let us take the discussion forward.

READY-TO-USE INTRODUCTION

“I have come across a vehicle-floor safety concept called Stop Line®. It gives drivers a visible amber approach line and red stopping boundary when a pallet or roll cage blocks their view of the rear edge. It may be worth a conversation for your loading operation. With your permission, I can introduce you directly to Stop Line so they can explain the system and assess whether a trial is relevant.”

Clear problem. Responsible introduction. No unsupported promise.
HOW THE SCHEME WORKS

One Warm Introduction.
Five Clear Steps.

You make a relevant, permission-based introduction. Stop Line reviews the opportunity, agrees the referral basis and manages the next conversation. Each stage has a clear purpose before a reward can become eligible.

01
FIND THE FIT

Identify the Opportunity

Choose a fleet, agency client, operator or bodybuilder whose loading operation is relevant to the Stop Line concept.

  • Look for pallet or roll-cage work where the load can obscure the rear edge.
  • Identify the transport, fleet, safety or procurement lead who can discuss a trial.
Stage Outcome

A relevant organisation and a genuine route to its decision-maker.

02
CONTACT WITH CONSENT

Ask Permission

Explain the purpose of the introduction and ask whether the person is happy for Stop Line to contact them.

  • Share the concept without promising proven safety results, certification or savings.
  • Confirm permission before sharing work contact details; avoid private or sensitive information.
Stage Outcome

A contact who understands the introduction and expects a conversation.

03
MAKE IT USEFUL

Submit the Context

Use the secure referral form to give Stop Line enough information to understand the opportunity and your connection to it.

  • Include the organisation, contact’s role, work email and your relationship to them.
  • Describe the vehicle types, loading task and likely scope; flag estimates or unknowns.
Stage Outcome

A recorded introduction with permission and practical operating context.

04
AGREE THE BASIS

Confirm the Referral

Stop Line checks relevance, contactability, existing enquiries and duplicate referrals before confirming acceptance.

  • Disclose any employer restrictions, procurement role or conflict of interest.
  • Acceptance, opportunity ownership, reward basis and the qualifying payment event are confirmed in writing.
Stage Outcome

An accepted referral with clear written terms. Submission alone does not earn a reward.

05
PAYMENT FOLLOWS THE RESULT

Qualifying Order & Reward

Stop Line handles the technical and commercial discussion. A reward becomes eligible only when the accepted referral meets its written qualifying conditions.

  • The specified customer order must be paid in cleared funds and any applicable cancellation or refund period must pass.
  • Payment follows verification and the required checks. An enquiry, meeting or trial does not by itself trigger a reward.
Stage Outcome

A verified reward paid under the agreed terms, with no assumed amount or guaranteed conversion.

Clear Terms at Every Stage.

Read the published terms for eligibility, duplicate referrals, payment checks, exclusions and data handling.

REWARD STRUCTURE

Commercial value recognised at the right stage.

Not every introduction has the same scope. A single-vehicle enquiry and a multi-depot programme create different opportunities, so the reward is confirmed against the validated referral rather than advertised as a misleading one-size-fits-all figure.

01 / STANDARD

Trial Or Small Order

A straightforward introduction to a transport decision-maker considering a limited vehicle scope.

STANDARD REWARD · CONFIRMED ON ACCEPTANCE
02 / ENHANCED

Multi-Vehicle Opportunity

A qualified fleet requirement with credible potential across several vehicles, sites or operating teams.

ENHANCED REWARD · SCOPE-BASED
03 / STRATEGIC

Fleet, OEM Or Network Programme

A larger opportunity involving procurement, bodybuilder integration, a network or a structured fleet rollout.

BESPOKE COMMERCIAL TERMS · AGREED IN WRITING

No hidden eligibility. Stop Line confirms whether the referral is accepted, who owns the opportunity, the reward basis and the qualifying payment event before the sales process advances.

REFERRAL STANDARDS

Useful introductions—not contact lists.

New OpportunityThe organisation must not already be an active Stop Line opportunity or previously registered referral.
Known ContactYou should know the person, the organisation or the genuine route through which the introduction is being made.
Permission FirstThe referred person must know their details are being shared and agree to contact from Stop Line.
Responsible ClaimsIntroducers must not promise results, quote unapproved specifications, negotiate prices or bind Stop Line.
Commercial IntegrityPublic-sector, regulated or employer-restricted introductions may be excluded where a reward could create a conflict.
Payment ConditionsReward becomes payable only after the agreed qualifying customer payment has cleared and the scheme terms are satisfied.
MAKE THE INTRODUCTION

A safer fleet conversation may already be in your contacts.

Submit one genuine opportunity at a time. Strong referrals identify the decision-maker, explain the loading environment and confirm that the person expects contact.
