Installer Opportunities

Consistent Preparation. Repeatable Installation.

As the Stop Line concept moves through prototype validation, we welcome introductions from commercial vehicle specialists, aluminium fabricators, bodybuilders and EPDM suppliers.

01
WHO WE WANT TO HEAR FROM

Practical Skills for Vehicle-Specific Work

The future delivery approach may include retrofit and new-build integration. We are interested in businesses that can explain their capability and the limits of the work they are equipped to undertake.

Commercial Vehicle Specialists

Documented experience with HGV bodies, trailers, tail-lifts or fleet refurbishment, including safe working arrangements around operational vehicles.

Aluminium Fabricators

Controlled cutting, CNC machining, deburring and flush channel integration, with repeatable measurement and inspection of made-to-measure floor panels.

Bodybuilders & EPDM Suppliers

Vehicle-floor integration, compatible compounds, consistent insert profiles and material information that supports testing and repeatable supply.

02
QUALITY BEFORE EXPANSION

The Checks a Delivery Method Must Support

A future installation method must be established through engineering review and validation. These are the areas to assess; they are not installation instructions or an approved technical specification.

  • Review the Vehicle

Assess floor condition, material, loading method and tail-lift arrangement before choosing a panel or insert configuration.

  • Confirm the Positioning

Agree the approach and stopping references against the vehicle and task. Do not rely on a universal distance or an illustrative image.

  • Check the Finished Interface

Assess channel dimensions, edge finish, the intended flush surface, insert fit and retention using an agreed inspection method.

  • Provide a Traceable Record

Record the proposed configuration, materials, checks, unresolved issues and the information needed for future maintenance or replacement.

  • Plan Cleaning & Inspection

Include routine checks of visibility, wear and insert condition, and access for wiping the EPDM and seating area clean and dry.

03
HOW THE OPPORTUNITY DEVELOPS

Demonstrate the Method Before Scaling It

Any proposed arrangement would be assessed through a defined development project. Insurance, training, responsibilities, quality controls and signed terms would need to be agreed before authorised work begins.

Review the Capability

Discuss relevant experience, equipment, facilities and the vehicle or manufacturing tasks you can support.

Validate a Defined Scope

Agree a limited development activity, inspection criteria and the evidence needed to assess whether the method is repeatable.

Agree the Arrangement

Confirm technical requirements, training, commercial terms and quality responsibilities before any wider delivery relationship.

04
INTRODUCE YOUR ORGANISATION

Show Us What You Can Support

  • Business & Coverage

Include your organisation, location, areas served and a named technical or commercial contact.

  • Relevant Work

Describe vehicle types, fabrication or material experience, and examples that demonstrate the capability offered.

  • Facilities & Resources

Summarise your equipment, inspection process and capacity for development work. Flag any limitations or information still needed.
